Hi, I’m Liz!
I’m a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over a decade of experience leading diverse projects across Canada and internationally. My work has taken me from recreational development planning in New Zealand to guiding operational transformations for clients around the world. Wherever the project, my focus is on solutions that empower people, respect the environment, and create lasting impact.
I’ve built my career on making sense of complexity—organizing chaos, uncovering proof through research and feasibility studies, and helping businesses validate ideas or chart a clear path forward. Whether it’s introducing project management tools, streamlining workflows, or supporting teams through change, I bring a practical and creative approach that balances today’s needs with tomorrow’s goals.
